Time is Running Out! Complete Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year
Registration for the upcoming school year is nearing its deadline! Remember, registration is a 2-step process that requires completing both FACTs and Magnus. To avoid the $100 late fee, please ensure both steps are completed by March 31, 2025.
Additionally, check Magnus to verify that all required school paperwork has been submitted. If any forms are missing, you will see an “Incomplete” status or a “Next Action Date.” Note that this does not apply to sports physicals, which are different from school physicals.
If you have questions about any missing paperwork, you should have received an email from Magnus this past weekend. Be sure to check your junk folder if it is not in your inbox.

Lenten Service Project
This Lenten Season, all OCS students will be participating in a system wide Lenten Service Project. OCS students are collecting and assembling care packages for the residents and staff at the Carmel Home. Here’s how each grade is participating:
- K-3: Create cards for the residents.
- 4-6: Decorate paper bags for the donations.
- Middle School: Collect travel-sized items. (Items needed below)
OCHS: Assemble and deliver the goodie bags.

Owensboro Catholic’s George Randolph to be inducted into KHSAA Hall of Fame
Owensboro Catholic coaching legend George Randolph will be enshrined in the Dawahares/KHSAA Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025. The induction ceremony will take place on May 4 at the Central Bank Center Ballroom in Lexington. If you want to attend his induction ceremony, you can purchase tickets using the link below!
March is Music in our Schools Month!
Great things are coming up for the OCS Band Program. The Winter Ensemble will be holding a Friends and Family Performance on Tuesday, April 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the OCHS Gym. The OCS Band Spring Concert is Tuesday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the OCHS Gym. Both events are free and open to the public.
Spring into Summer 5K
It’s time for the 2nd Annual Spring into Summer 5K Run/Walk fundraiser!
This fundraiser has been passed down from the Class of 2026 to the Class of 2027.
It will be an annual fundraiser for the Sophomore class to raise funds for Prom, Snowball, Baccalaureate, Class Picnics, and other items that arise during their time here at Catholic High. This race will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, beginning and ending at Owensboro Catholic High School.
