Meet Central Office

Chief Education Officer: Tracy Conkright

Tracy supervises and is a resource of support for the education/school effort to fulfill the mission and ministry of Catholic Schools.

Chief Education Officer Administrative Assistant: Maria Carr

Maria assists our CEO with planning, preparing meetings, sacrament schedules, and other relevant tasks required by the CEO.

Human Resources Director: Debbie James

Debbie is responsible for all aspects of personnel and benefits.

Controller: Julie Garvin

Julie is responsible in planning, direction, and coordinating the financial accounting and reporting activities of the Owensboro Catholic Schools.

Director of Advancement: Natalie Hayden

Natalie provides leadership and vision for a comprehensive advancement program by overseeing fundraising, enrollment, alumni relations, and communications/marketing. Natalie plans and manages annual giving, and major gifts for the Owensboro Catholic K-12.

Advancement Administrative Assistant: LaNell Lilly

LaNell oversees and manages all office procedures and other advancement/ marketing task as assigned by the Director and President.

Digital Marketing Coordinator: Clare Clark

Clare implements and maintains a wide range of public relations activities to provide an effective public information program for OCS.

Admissions and Alumni Coordinator: Jenny Glenn

Jenny serves as the liaison between prospective families and the school system to assist them through the enrollment process. She also serves as the liaison between OCHS alumni and the school system to strengthen alumni relationships, increase involvement, and grow support.

Accounts Receivable Specialist: Kathy Sterling

Kathy provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments and properly records transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Payroll/ Accounting Clerk: Carrie Preston

Carrie is responsible for processing payroll for all employees of OCS and other various accounting functions.

Scrip Office Coordinator: Stephanie Hardesty

Stephanie is responsible for all business and financial affairs related to the Scrip program. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the Scrip office and the Scrip volunteers.

Accounts Payable Specialist: Tracy Miller

Tracy provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments and properly controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Director of Facilities: Dan Summersgill

Dan oversees all building and grounds, maintenance and custodial work for our four campuses.

Director of Technology: Ben Buchanan

Ben is responsible for the implementation, management and training of all technology related services and activities within OCS.
