These students were honored with a luncheon and ceremony hosted by Noon Optimist of Owensboro. We are grateful for Karis and Zachary, who have graciously shared their time and talent with OCHS during high school.
Kamuf Way Celebration Tomorrow!
On Friday, November 21, we are honored to recognize the exceptional generosity of the Kamuf family.
A 1957 graduate, Charlie was a lifelong supporter of our Catholic school system. His children—and now his grandchildren—have all benefitted from a Catholic education. Charlie (and his wife, Linda) gave generously to help our schools grow, with his most recent gift of making the expansion of the Owensboro Catholic High School parking lot possible.
To honor his legacy, Taylor Drive is now officially “Kamuf Way.”We invite you to join us as we dedicate this name in his memory.

Celebrating the 75th Day of School!
On Monday, December 8th — the 75th day of school — we invite our entire Owensboro Catholic community — students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families — to wear their 2025–2026 Faith in Education shirts in honor of 75 incredible years of OCS!
For 75 years, OCS has been more than just a place of learning—it’s been a home where faith is nurtured, friendships are formed, and futures are built on the foundation of Christ. As we celebrate this milestone, we give thanks for all those who have made OCS what it is today and for the generations who continue to carry on our mission.

The OCMS Cheer competed this past weekend at the KAPOS Region 3 Cheer Competition. The team placed 1st in their division and will advance to the State Cheer Competition in December.

OCHS Winterguard Clinic
The Owensboro Catholic Winterguard will be hosting a Clinic for anyone interested in joining on Friday, December 5, from 3:30 to 5:30 and Friday, December 12 from 3:30 to 5:30 in the Owensboro Catholic High School Gym. Winterguard is open to any OCS student in grades 6-12. The student does not have to be a current member of the band to join.
