Nicole Mowen has been named the Assistant Principal/Academic Dean for the 2019-20 school year at Owensboro Catholic Middle School. Nicole has a strong background in Math education from the University of New Orleans and is the chair of the Owensboro Catholic Schools K-12 Math Initiative Committee. She taught math at OCMS for 3 years and is also the OCMS academic team coach and the Aspire testing coordinator. Nicole will continue to teach a math class at the middle school.
Nicole and her husband Chas have been married for 25 years in August. They have two children in OCS – Alexis will be a junior at OCHS and their son Chas will be a 7th grader at OCMS. They are members of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, where Nicole serves as a catechist for 5th/6th graders.
OCS Billing Updates for 2019/2020
Billing statements will go out the first week of July, please watch your mailbox for this important information. If you have a recent change of address, please call central office 270-686-8896. Don’t forget, if you are paying in full for the 3% discount, the early pay deadline is July 19, 2019.
New this year: If you chose to pay by FACTS, please have your account setup no later than July 29, 2019. This will be important in order to avoid a 2% tuition penalty increase. If you choose to pay over 12 months, payment plans will run July to June and your first payment will be deducted in July 2019.
