Look what we have been up to at OCMS!

We have had a wonderful start to the school year at OCMS.  In 8th grade science classes, students have been learning about kinetic and potential energy, and they created roller coasters to test their learning.  In 7th grade science classes, students have been learning about human body systems, and they created body system amusement parks to summarize their learning.  Lastly, in technology class students have learned about the engineering design process, and they have used their knowledge to build bridges and towers.

On Friday, September 17, our PTO sponsored an afternoon filled with fun and Hawaiian ice for our OCMS students.  Our students enjoyed their Kona shaved ice, and they were very thankful to our PTO.

We are looking forward to an awesome year with our students!
