The OCS system is again supporting an Elementary Cross Country program for the fall of 2019. This program will be open to boys and girls in grades 1 thru 5 and will be coached by Scott Lowe. 6^th grade runners need to contact Coach Scott Lowe as well at 270-684-3215.

Here is some important information:

1. All athletes must have their physical before they can participate in practice. We have attached a KHSAA Physical form. We cannot practice a runner until that physical has been turned in to me.
2.  2. Any athlete interested in running please contact Coach Lowe at 270-684-3215. We will begin practices August 19^th!!!!!!!!
3.  Practices will take place at 3:20pm on Mondays and Wednesdays at Moreland Park.
