Advanced Center for Orthopedics Sports Physicals
Advanced Center for Orthopedics and sports Medicine has June 9 reserved for coming to Owensboro Catholic 3:30-6:00. We will only be doing the physicals only not the FMS screenings. The student athletes will need to have an adult with them to help with paper work and proper signatures. If they do not have an adult with them they will not be able to get their physical completed. It is very important we have the most accurate medical history at the time of their physical.
Reminder if they play both middle school and high school they have to fully complete both forms before seeing Dr. Meredith. If they can not make it to the Owensboro Catholic physicals we are also offering them at our office 2780Frederica Street, Owensboro on June 17 from 5:00 – 6:30 or June 24 5:00 -6:30
Important Information for RETURNING Students Registration
Any returning student enrollment packet submitted in April will be subject to a $100 late fee, per family. The late fees will continue to increase throughout May ($200) and June ($300). If a returning student doesn’t have their re-enrollment submitted by June 1st, they cannot participate in extracurricular activities. To be considered completely registered you must complete FACTS online registration and completed health information in Magnus, both are accessed through your FACTS Family Portal.

Owensboro Catholic Band Program 50/50 Raffle
The Owensboro Catholic Band Program is having their Second Annual 50/50 Raffle from now until May 6. The drawing will be at the OCS Band Spring Concert. Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased by anyone18 years old and over. There will be weekly updates from now through May 6 of the current payout.
