Who: Owensboro Catholic High School
What: 5k and Monster Mile
When: Saturday, October 20th, 2018
Registration begins at 8AM
Race starts at 9AM
Where: Catholic High School Parking Lot
Why: The goal of this event is to strengthen families in our school community and raise money to help offset the cost of prom, baccalaureate, graduation and project graduation.
5k Run ~ All participants are timed
The course will start at the end of the OCHS Parking Lot on Dean Avenue. Please park at the Sports Center and walk to the high school or ride the complementary shuttle.
Monster Mile—for Participants that are in the 5th grade and under. All participants in this race will receive a participation medal. Feel free to have your child wear their costume.
Registration
Pre-register on-line at https://register.chronotrack.com/r/40735 or by emailing and asking for a paper a paper copy. Pre-registration will close on Monday, October 1, 2018. Packets may be picked up on Friday, October 19th from 3:00-6:00pm at OCHS or on the day of the race beginning at 8:00am. We cannot guarantee your shirt size if registering after October 11, 2018.
Families
We encourage participants to run as a family. Strollers welcome! No bikes, scooters or pets please! Halloween costumes are encourage for all ages.
Awards
Awards will be give to the top 3 female and top 3 male participants in each age group. All participants in the Monster Mile will receive a participation medal.
