Summer Survey Results Help Guide OCS Efforts

There’s no perfect way to understand how we’re viewed by the families we serve. Last June OCS asked 740 households to respond to a survey that asked some basic questions about how well the school system was doing with the children entrusted to our care. Research shows that surveys can be reliable tools of communication.
