OCMS students participated in various events throughout Catholic Schools Weeks (CSW). These events included student appreciation day, nation and community day, celebrating family day, and celebrating Vocations day. Catholic Schools Week culminated in Homeroom Olympics when students participated in such activities as a religion bee, a chicken relay, a hula hoop pass, a free throw competition, a paper plane throw, a football toss, and various academic competitions. In 7th grade, Mr. Tyson’s homeroom was victorious, and the 8th grade winners were Mr. Schwindel’s homeroom. Our overall winners were the 8th grade! Congratulations, 8th grade students! Catholic Schools Week is always one of the most celebrated and fun times at OCMS.
