Novena to the Holy Spirit
Hello OC Families –
As we enter the home stretch of returning to school in person, we want to ask you to join us in a system-wide Novena to the Holy Spirit.
We will begin the Novena today on Monday, August 17th and it will run through Tuesday, August 25th. We will conclude the novena with Mass at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25th (live-streamed from the OCHS chapel). Fr. Jason will unveil a prayer for OCS during the mass and ask all families to recite throughout the year.
We will email the daily intention and prayers out to families each day.
God bless –

What is a Novena?
A novena is a traditional Catholic form of prayer where you ask our Lord to answer a specific need or prayer request over the course of 9 days. Choose a time of day to recite your Novena prayer. You should pray your Novena during the same time each day. For example, if you pray at 9 am the first day, you should pray at 9 am the remaining days.
