National Honor Society
Community Service Projects - NHS Members assist at various events and projects. If you are interested in having OCHS NHS assist at an event please contact Mrs. Beverly Howard at OCHS.
The National Honor Society at OCHS is a group of highly motivated individuals selected as sophomores and inducted as juniors based upon the four pillars of the club: academic achievement, service, leadership, and character. A small percentage of students are actually inducted into NHS due to the demanding academic and service requirements. NHS extends its services to school and community alike to provide volunteers or the improvement of our city and state.
