You may download a printable version of the form and turn it in at the K-3 or 4-6 Elementary Campus offices.
PTO pays for all the Fun Days, Picnics, Tailgate Parties, and occasional special purchases for the K-3 and 4-6 Elementary campuses. We also try to offset the teacher’s out-of-pocket expenses.
