OCS Advancement Assistant

OCS Central Office is seeking to fill the position of Advancement Assistant. Qualifications include excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as high energy, enthusiasm, and self-confidence. Duties include managing and maintaining the donor relations database and serving as receptionist. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience in working with databases essential. Elementary Music Teacher

OCS is seeking a Music Teacher at the K-3 Campus for the 2008-2009 school year. Responsible for teaching the music curriculum and meeting National Standards for all students in grades K-3. Also responsible for planning the K-3 Campus weekly children’s Masses, including selecting music, teaching children the parts of the Mass and writing prayer petitions. The person must have the ability to give instruction in piano keyboarding using the MIE Yamaha Keyboarding Lab and develop lesson plans using a variety of hands on activities, instruments, movement and song. Food Service Manager Position

Elementary K-3 Campus - Food Service Manager Position: Full-Time Position- 7 hours per day- salary commensurate with experience

Professional Responsibilities

To attend training sessions and workshops planned for and required of School Food Service Managers
To maintain a file of all production and financial records for three years plus the current year
To organize and supervise all employee work assignments for meal production, kitchen cleaning, and maintenance scheduling
To be responsible for purchasing, receiving, checking, and signing for deliveries
To plan and implement activities which involve students, parents, and teachers in the program as required by law
To plan and implement a collection procedure which yields an accurate collection and recording of meal count by category at this point of service
To provide daily count and cash after service
To conduct a daily inventory of all USDA foods according to program guidelines
To conduct end of the month physical inventories of all purchased and USDA foods
To provide statements for accurate pricing and extensions
To do required semi-annual USDA inventories
To estimate annually the required pre-costs
