Owensboro Catholic Schools is seeking applicants for the following teaching positions beginning August 2015:

Position Announcement: Accounting Assistant – AP/AR

Position Summary:

The Account Assistant is responsible for the management of student accounts for all OCS families and Accounts Payable duties for all OCS school sites. Job functions include preparing of all family invoices, set-up and maintaining of all FACTS tuition agreements, posting and depositing all tuition related payments, and managing all accounts payable duties. The Accounting Assistant will have the following skills and abilities: general knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks that are time sensitive, maintain a pleasant and helpful working relationship with all stakeholders, and an Associate’s Degree in accounting or equivalent work experience. Position Announcement: Advancement Assistant

Position Summary:

The Advancement Assistant is responsible for maintaining the Results Plus database which includes updating all donor records and entering all gifts that come to Owensboro Catholic Schools through the Annual Appeal, Phonathon and Memorial Donations. The Advancement Assistant serves as the OCS receptionist. The Advancement Assistant will have the following skills and abilities: experience working with and maintaining databases, possess a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, maintain a pleasant and helpful relationship with all stakeholders, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks that are time sensitive.
