Coordinator of Enrollment Management

The Coordinator of Enrollment Management reports to the Director of Advancement and is responsible for planning and implementing a proactive program to market Owensboro Catholic Schools (OCS) to prospective students and their families; and, ultimately, for enrolling new students in sufficient numbers to meet the enrollment goals. The Coordinator of Enrollment Management will recruit and supervise the voluntary efforts of many people – colleagues, parents, alumni and others in support of various Enrollment Management related activities.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Oral and written communication skills at a level typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree program in education, communications or related program. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  2. Ability to effectively develop and nurture relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  3. Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
  4. Ability to enthusiastically communicate with potential enrollees.
  5. Strong computer skills with proficiencies in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft operating system.
  6. Practicing Catholic.

Extended School Day Program Caregivers Needed: at least 18 years of age, Monday – Friday, 2:00 – 5:30 pm. 12-15 hours per week @ $7.75 per hour.
